Habitat News
From Women Build to Collegiate Challenge to Advocacy Build to productive days on site with our local churches, school groups, local businesses, and even the Goldsboro PD, it's been a busy spring so far! And in case you missed our Facebook page, which you really should follow, we wanted to share just a few images as the first homes on McNair Heights begin to take shape.
Habitat's spring building season is underway with Collegiate Challenge groups in town and our annual Women Build event set to be held March 19-28. The best part? This year we will be hosting it this year at our McNair Heights Neighborhood right in the heart of Goldsboro! Each day we will run two shifts, 8-11:30AM and 12-3:30PM. Registration is $50 and includes lunch, t-shirt and swag bag. Sign up today!
GET INVOLVED
-
Habitat is now taking applications for home repairs in both Wayne and Lenoir counties. These repair projects will focus primarily on critical roof repairs and replacements.
-
Volunteers are our backbone. Without your hands and feet, homes across Wayne County would go unbuilt. Consider giving us a few hours of your time, whether on construction, in the ReStore or in the office to help change the lives of local families forever.
